You know, as soon as I saw your name on the front page of NG I wondered whether it was the same guy. Didn't know you played about with Flash...

Considering you're epic drawing skills have got you into the Drunkduck compendium at least once, I'm not even going to start to comment on the artwork. The voices were okay, but nothing spectacular. Can't wait to see more.

I just started to mess with animating again. Kinda taking a lil brake from doing webcomics. I saw animation as a real challenge and you know I don't let anything stop me until i have mastered it. like getting one of my animations in the frontpage. ^_^

Could be better. A lot better

It's a decent concept. But it needs a lot of polish.

As some people have already pointed out, the victims are walking backwards at a rate of forty knots. This is because your background is moving out of sync with them.

When the car comes onto the screen with the guy, the background movement should stop and so should he. This will mean you'll need to slow down the car so that it doesn't rush away too quickly.

Some of it was a bit immature, though it's nowhere near as bad as some stuff on the portal. Hopefully Version 3 will take these ideas into consideration.

A single frame of Robotnik telling me to drink my own urine? Wow. Inventive.

Multiple frames, some actual animation (his head doesn't even move when he's speaking for chri-sakes), decent quality sounds and... erm... plot? That'd be nice to see...

3 megs? you are way off base dumbass. it was 571.0 Kb. You must be a dail up user where 571 Kb feels like 3 megs... I tryed to shrink it down as small as I could to be dial up friendly. Now, Lets talk more about you. You speak with wisdom however, online that can be faked with a spell check and a good imagination. Who the hell are you to tell me what is inventive? You have no flash animation of your own to give a visual demo of how to create a quality and inventive animation. So Until you do, take a double dose of midol you bitch! You are all talk and no substance. you are a level 5 but still a newbie in the flash area to me.

Not Funny Because of Overuse of the F Word

What is it with purile minds and thier obsession with the F Word? F this and F that.

It would have been funny if it had been animated, and there wasn't as much swearing. I mean, a Mantis complaining about his life with people wanting to eat his head constantly IS a pretty amusing concept.

But it wasn't animated, it was voiced badly, and every other word was Fuck.

Quirky, yet powerful

Now it's not often you see stuff this interesting at Newgrounds. It's not often that something with political, ironic statements make thier way here and are posted seriously and with a sense of bittersweet sardony.

The only thing letting you down was the presentation. It wasn't too impressive on how it was shown - text messages with some animation squiggles are amusing and all, but that's not all there is too it. I'm sure that a serious Rage Against the Machine style music video would have done the treat and got this baby a five from me.

Oh, and his voice repeating gets on my nerves... Sorry.

I Know what you mean but it's part of a live peiece and is one of about 4 things happening so making it in a "video" style would dtract attention, although it will be used (Projected on a 5 storey building) in the background when we do the video clip for it.

Amusing, But Short

Funny, mostly original, well done and quite well animated and drawn. The only issue I'm thinking of here is that if you submit something every day, you're not going to put the same ammount of effort in to it.

Instead make an omnibus and submit it every week. That's be good.

Didn't expect to see you arround Newgrounds Goth... I've been waiting to see something new from you.

However, just because I respect your animation skills, it will not excuse you from my regular habits of voting at Newgrounds. Trailers aren't really worth much to me here. Sound quality wasn't good either.

Can't wait to see the actual finished product

Very well sprited

It's better than most of the sprite stuff that comes through the portal. One suggestion I would make is using Speech Bubbles / Speech Bars for the characters. It looks much cleaner than using free floating text.

I'll look out for more of these in the future.

Stop Importing into Flash.
Jeez...

Just because other people get away with it doesn't mean we should automatically let you through just because you found the import button.

Go to an Am competition and focus your talents there, and find a decent website to upload your movies to. We call this the Flash Portal for a reason. It's for animators and games programmers using Macromedia Flash.

you blam ALL movies? anyways, there is some flash drawings in it too so i wouldnt say anything. and come on now . . . . . . you know waht you should really do? since you're really serious and you are the captain of newgrounds? You should go looking around the portal, looking for imported things and tell them this to. i think the whole world needs to konw. thanks for the advice though. i shoudl submit thsi stuff ot holly wood. so i can be a millionaire and a movie star. thanks for everything.
