:p

Welcome to the portal young housemate who's skills in Lightwave are better than mine.

Hope the next one's longer. You did well to compress a 3d program's output into 1.1mb. Sound's a bit poor, and some of it defies physics, but it's a good first submission.

Super-Blackball responds:

goodo thanks

I knew you worked a lot on this

I fived you. Just like I do for most of the people from LFF. It was also genuinely funny.

That, and you like the Offspring, like me. :p

The faces seem like a motion tweened Gerkinman's, but cleaner. Nice use of the 3d graphics, and well done. Shows how much work you put into this. Work on your music splicing, and you'll be perfect

Qwazin responds:

Thanks, and indeed, the sound could have been better. Gotta work on that part. ^^; Thanks for the five. =)

Needed to really have Bitey in it...

It really didn't have a lot to do with the Brackenwood series. Maybe if you had Santa get his present and then encounter Bitey, then it might be a tribute to Adam Phillips.

Good animation though. Shows potential

alexsmolik responds:

Well, it's an E-Card for a contest organised by Adam Phillips. I've seen your profile, and you did some nice movies, and won some awards. You should go and check it out. You still've got until December 22nd ! =)

Anyways, glad you rather liked it. There were so many possibilities with this flash, as in multiple choices for the plot/story. The thing was to "include Brackenwood" in our E-Card. I did what I thought was best, a few little allusions and stuff such as snowman=bitey, bitey posters and stuff... Anyways.

Thanks for the motivating review dude =)

Listening to it soundless

A lot of the time I have to listen to these things without speakers since I access them at University, so I can't really rate the sound. The animation of Masterchief was top notch.

Subtitles never go amiss. This was a good submission otherwise.
And yeah. This is coming from the guy who did the Flood parody in TSAH.

TheComet responds:

that's a good idea, I'll do that in the next episode. Sucks you don't have sound, really ruins all of the hilarious screaming the chief does with that grenade stuck to him :/

Nice Work Nate

Slightly unrealistic in places, and the frame by frame got a bit sloppy occasionally, but overal a fullfiling, amusing experience. Worked quite well with the monotone and red.

thank you

Very nice blur effects

Good use of blurs Mav. I'll have to ask you how you pulled those off sometime. The plot thickens for GE then...

Shame you couldn't be on TSAH. Thems are the breaks of finishing this for release eh?

MetalMaverick responds:

One word....
Photoshop.

Hello again Sub. Nice banner

I like the banner. Very stylish, and would look great on a webpage. Where's the website moved to, and will it still host Bilarian Wars? :p

subcultured responds:

hey kayn, thanks for the comment i just put up that banner a day ago. the main site didn't move but i do host bilaran wars and my other webcomics by people who give me space like www.nightgig.com or http://www.kingdomlost.net/

Hard one to judge

It's a nice, original concept, synchronised to the music, with a good feel to it. The music was also well selected to the theme.

However, the images themselves were nothing spectacular. They seemed to be more constructed pieces than doodles, which is what I felt you were trying to express in this peice. Unless there is meant to be a bit of irony in there, it takes away from it's feel.

Also, the spelling was atrocious at places, and that's always a kicker with me. The blatent advertisement for NG did no favours either. Still, despite voting low, I know you tried hard with this, and it's better than the Insult Soundboards you've done.

More of this in the future, okay?

Ashy-T responds:

er ok. I know what you mean. I dont think there were tham many spelling errors looking back at it. The constructed peices began as doodles in my mind. Mabye i should have made this a little more obvious in the movie. Thanks for the review.

Ended too quickly

Too much focussed on the abandoned building - and whilst the punchline at the end was cool, it didn't celebrate Clock Day the way it should have been.

Apart from that, it was pretty damn smooth. Well done, and keep up the good work

Boltgun responds:

Thank you, I was on a pretty tight schedule and I couldn't extend this scene as much as I wanted but I think I got the point. Deadlines are painful.
Nice drawings btw.

Amusing

The Clock Crew always seem at thier best when they're not insulting people with derogatory language. I find this an impressive and amusing testamony to them. Short, could be more amusing, and needed some backing music to be truly great

Congratulations. And good luck with the 3d stuff.

Manningzor responds:

Thanks for the review! ^_^
