Most people don't know about the Loonatics...

See, it would be rubbish if Warner Bros weren't trying to ACTUALLY do this, without the swearing.

THAT'S what most people aren't getting when they watch this. Maybe a warning about what nimrods WBKids are at the beginning would make people understand.

Since I know about it being made, I can appreciate this brilliance

A bit unbelievable...

The animation quality is commendable and nothing short of amazing for tweens, and the storyline didn't seem to be too spoon fed. Unfortunately I've not seen the other episodes to compare it to, so I can't say whether being shot in the face with a few bullets is believeable damage for these characters to take.

Still, nice looking toon. I'm going to go look at the rest of the series.

Very Tarintino

I could see a lot of stereotypical gangland film cliches in this one. A lot of it seemed to be inspired by Quentin Tarintino's films. Still, that's not nessecarily a bad thing.

The drawings were a bit grainy and rushed, and the animation didn't look right in some places, but other than that it's a nice looking frame by frame work, and your sense of timing and storytelling without dialogue is commendable. Keep up the good animation

8-Deadclaw0-8 responds:

im not a fan of dialogue..... not my forte. Yes inspired by Tarintino, mainly Reservoir Dogs.

Okay Housemate.

In case people reading this haven't clicked on yet, I'm roomies with this psycho. ^_^

Getting much better. Told you the bluescreening of your work from Lightwave to Flash would make it work much better and compress your work down. Still a long way to go before I'll say it's perfect, but it's definately deserving of Daily 5th or better due to sheer ammount of coolness and effort.

Average

The animation quality is quite good, and the first one had real feeling in an old guy walking. Drawing style was nice as well.

There was, really, only one ironic segment in it, and that was the guy walking off a cliff, reading a book whose subject was paying attention. The first was ironic, but not very - it would be better for him to have put the book on a high shelf himself, and then get hit with it.

Overall though it was very... slow. It's hard making an old person move quickly, but the actual pacing and timing was off. Work on that one, or give us some music to listen to and keep a beat to

TrueDarkness responds:

alright im cool with that. If i make a second one ill try and make the guy a lil faster. lol. Glad you well liked it a lil ;) and thanks for a construcive criticisim review!

Recycled Jokes, Godawful Sound, Decent Animation

Urk... Had to stop watching because the sound was trying to kill me. Quality of the sound was low and garbled enough so that I couldn't catch the guy's names...

Most of the jokes there I've seen before as well. I fully anticipated the line dividing gag being done, and the Angel/Devil roommates thing is done to death.

Still. Animation quality and drawing skills were good, and the timing was excellent. Just the sound and the writing to work on methinks

greenblade1 responds:

Other than the dividing of the rooms, im not sure where u get recycled jokes from. bad sound? sorry but for some reason wen its put on flash the sound deteriorates. i dont believe ive ever seen the angel/devil roommates done b4. anyways thanx for the criticism, even though its hurtful, lol.

Short, and not active enough

You're under a lot of expectation from me, since I'm one of the people who are addicted to watching Artificial High, which is one of the better frame by frame collaberations on Newgrounds.

There's talent here, but it seemed to stop after the guy jumped off the building. Longer would be better.

Fived

Clever work guys. Quality was a bit off in places from what I expect from you, but the subliminal undertones were an idea and a half... ^_^

Already done your reviews on SheezyArt

So I'll keep it brief. This is a perfect demonstration of all your skills as animators of various types, artforms and methods. It's a great culmination of timing, frame by frame, tweened motion, snapshot storytelling, psychadelic colouring and bizarre thoughts that should make this stand out from all the other "random" pieces that try unsuccessfully what this is.

You did good you four. I'll be looking for more from you all with much higher expectations. Don't disapoint me.

Thanks for putting me in the Thankyou's

I'm putting this one in my favourite submissions box. Remind me to teach you some basic coding to make your fight scenes even better.

not a problem :D
